For lunch today I made egg salad, here is the recipe.

1 boiled egg
1 tsp miracle whip
1/2 tsp sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp chipotle mayo

I mixed it all together and then I used only half of it on a whole wheat flat bagel. I know how to do the points for the bagel but I am not sure how to figure the egg salad points. If I were eating the whole thing I could figure it so would I just figure out the points for the whole thing and then half the points maybe?

You can use the recipe builder and then track half of the entire recipe. Or do it manually, add the points for each item together then take 1/2 the total.

It ended up being 5pp counting the bagel thin.
