How would you figure the points for this?
For lunch today I made egg salad, here is the recipe.
1 boiled egg
1 tsp miracle whip
1/2 tsp sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp chipotle mayo
I mixed it all together and then I used only half of it on a whole wheat flat bagel. I know how to do the points for the bagel but I am not sure how to figure the egg salad points. If I were eating the whole thing I could figure it so would I just figure out the points for the whole thing and then half the points maybe?
