Red face old recipes to new points plus

Hi...I am trying to get started again and have many many recipes from previous WW cookbooks etc but don't know how to determine what the current point system count would be as compared to the one listed on the recipe. Thanks

PP uses protein, carbs, fat, and fiber grams. All my Momentum cookbooks listed those nutrition facts along with the calories, so you shouldn't have too much trouble converting the points.
