I am starting ww again having successfully losing 40kg over 2 years ago. I had my baby boy in Dec 2010 and have 5kg to lose to get to 51kg, my goal weight.
Now it seems to have changed from points plan to pro points where I have much more points also becoz I am breastfeeding, do you all have this system?
I like having my 2 cups of coffee per day from starbucks. I have the grande soy cappucino and 2 sweetners but I am unsure how to calculate this into propoints. I dont have cream or anything just soy milk
