Smile Weight Watchers April Food Points

I am keeping a food journal on a sprial notebook on tracking WW food points. I also sharing each night with a another WW email buddy...and I thought on sharing my daily WW food points on here to be more accountable. It does help on tracking those points!! If you want to share, post your WW food points here.. Happy tracking!!

Thursday Food Points.. Target points..50..Total food points..55
Water..2 liters! + 3 c. coffee+ 1 diet coke.

Breakfast
2 slices wheat toast..2
2 tbsp peanut butter..5
2 oranges..2

Lunch
2 slices wheat bread..2
1 tbsp reg mayo..3
3 slices deli chicken breast..3
2 slices american cheese..4
2 bananas..4

Snack
1 yoplait choco mousse..4
1 banana..2
2 oranges, 1 banana..4

Dinner
6 chicken drumsticks-no skin..6
1 1/2 baked potato..3
1 potato skin..1
2 tbsp best life butter..4
1 yopliat choco mousse..4

Late evening snack
2 chicken drumstick..2

Yes, I'm confused here as well. On P+, fruits and veggies are free - no points.

Also, though I'm not a nutritionist, I would say you should cut out some of the fruit you're counting as points and put in more lean protein. For the number of points you're eating each day, your percentage of protein seems really low.

Also if the wheat bread is the same as the wheat toast you will need to calculate those points together.
