Your program and ours is different still in some areas. Do you have the 9 Good Health Guidelines? Your menu is short on dairy, good oil, vegetables and fruit.

Default points plus help

thanks for the reply I was just putting down the breakfast and lunch I usually have trying to find out the points value that it would possibly be compared to the old system. My soup is full of vegetables and I do eat fruit throughout the day but they are 0 on the new system so I did not put them down. I know I lack dairy and that has always been a problem I am not much of a milk drinker or fluid for that matter. I eat low fat cheese, yoqurt. But should work on getting more.

If anyone would be kind enough to just calculate my breakfast and lunch points on the new calculator I would really appreciate it even if it is a little different than here. Thanks Cathy

Hi, we just went on the new program. Our e-tools put us on it befor our meeting. I went from 23 to 29. Everything went up about a point. All my fresh fruits and most vegetables are now 0 points. I am looking forward to our meeting this Saturday. Mimi22247

Playnlearn...You will likely get 29 points per day to eat, if your weight is around 178...that is the lowest amount of daily points anyone gets on the new plan, plus an extra 49 bonus points per week.

Default points plus help

Thanks I am about 146 and get 21 so 29 will make up for anything that points have gone up plus the 49 up from 35. I have been not following the program strickly because I was just trying to maintain not lose more. But I am excited to start the new program next week and go back on plan to see where it takes me. I could lose another 10. If anything it will help me behave over the holidays and at least maintain where I am at.

I got lax on calculating points so was not counting my breakfast correctly so this will get me re calculating again with the new program.

good luck to everyone on the wt lose journey and anyone on wt watchers can't wait to see what progress we all have with the new program.
