Can someone help me with daily points?
 

Hi all,
I am trying to go over my "old" WW stuff, reconsidering trying once again. I can't find my starter book telling me how many points I get per day. Can someone tell me how many points I get? 376lbs, 5'8" tall, little to no activity.

I would be very happy to help you with this. A friend at work actually let me borrow all her books and calculator from weight watchers for as long as I need them. So I am happy to look this up for you.

Your points for each day is:

I needed your age also so here are the points depending on your age:

17-26----44
27-37----43
38-47----42
48-58----41
Over 58----40

What you are giving is old information. WW has changed the way points are calculated since then to take into account age, daily activity, etc. You have to take a quiz to see how many points you have. Cookie cutter ways like the one given don't work for all.

I'm 18 and I'm in the mid 20s for points. I do believe this is old info.
