Default quick ?

i know this question has probably been asked but here goes... i have 24 points and that seems to equal out to around 1200 calories a day which is not a huge deal, but i want to loose 30lbs and as i loose my points will go down and i know im not suppose to go under 1200 calories so how come people are at 18 points ect... im just concerned that when i go to maintain that ill be at to low of a calorie intake or even i know sometimes weight loss will stop cause you are not getting Enough calories, can someone shed some light on this? thanks!

In the first place your assumption of 24 points equalling 1200 calories is off quit a bit. You have to add the calories for the zero point foods you eat to that as well as realize that a point can be from 50-100 calories depending on calories, fat and fiber. I get 18 points a day and that is about 1350 when I run it through MyDailyPlate.
