Ok so I've been noticing that when I get around my points goal for the day (22 - not including flex - I try to aim for 24 daily to spread out the flex vs using them all at once) my actual caloric intake is usually under 1000 calories.
Is that ok? I know that my BMR is a little over 1500 - so in theory this is kinda how I would lose about a pound a week (was hoping to be able to get at least 2 a week).
Am I taking in too many calories? Too few?
Just want to make sure I am doing this the best way for optimal loss.
