Is there a place somewhere here where I can read the details of W.W. explaning how the plan works, thanks or your help.

I don't think there is anything specific listing the plans and how they work on here, but the WW website explains a bit about the two programs.

If you are looking to get the plan for free, you won't. You can piece a plan together but WW information is copyrighted and can't be copied legally.
