Question How do you find out your daily points?

I was thinking about doing the WW points system. However, 40 bucks a month is certainly NOT in my budget. On top of that, I'm really introverted so I'd have a hard time forcing myself to drive 30 mins each way at 530 at night to get weighed in front of a room of strangers.

I know that there are ways online to figure out the points in foods but I don't know my daily points would be? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have tried to Google that as well and can't find an answer. I'm not sure if WW blocks that info from other websites or what but it is almost impossible to find without joining.
I am 5'2" and 192lbs, if anyone knows what my point range would be I would appreciate knowing. Thanks.

P.S. I know that my points are 24 but what I really want to know is what is the high and low for my range.

There is no high and low anymore. You have your points for each day and need to eat all of them. Then you have 35 points that can be spread out over the week. You are not required to eat all or even any of them. Finally you can earn and eat exercise points if you desire.

You really need to attend one meeting and get the materials. There is no range. That was years ago. You have daily points that are not computed only by weight so they are different for everyone, weekly points and activity points. No one else sees your weight but the weigher. In my area it costs $12 for one meeting. Price can vary but if you go to the WW site and put in where you live it'll tell you where the meetings are in your area and how much they cost. Personally, I figured $40 for meetings or hundreds for my health from problems related to obesity.

I'm quite introverted as well. But WW works great for me. You don't weigh-in in front of a group of people. You are weighed in by one person (a WW employee, and all of their employees are successful members). Then you go into the meeting room and your group leader goes over weight loss celebrations and the week's meeting topic with you. You don't have to talk. You can give yourself time to get warmed up to the group. I talk a lot in my meetings now. But there are lots of others that still don't, and no one makes them talk. Just being there is a great way to absorb tips and ideas, and if you have a question, you've got a room full of people there to help.
Or you can join WW online and have access to all their etools and whatnot, without going to meetings.

Oh and as mentioned above, there are no points ranges anymore. And points are calculated on more than just your height and weight (gender, age, and occupation also factor in)

I would also strongly recommend going to at least a few meetings, maybe six weeks' worth, before doing it on your own. It really helps you understand all the basics of the program, as well as helpful hints. I also don't have a lot of time or energy for going to meetings, so I now do WW online, which is also cheaper. But for anyone who hasn't done it before at all, I think the meetings are an important starting point.
