Hey all!

Just wondering if anyone knows the point value for dulse? I used to love eating them but havent had any since i started WW.

thanks for the link that was great! I live in Atlantic Canada, (Nova Scotia) It seems they are quite high in calories? There was Nutritional info on the bottom They are really tasty though
