Default Oatmeal is a metabolism boost

Oatmeal regardless of calories is a good way to boost your metabolism. If you drink a cup of black coffee and eat a bowl of oatmeal each day it's supposed to boost your metabolism.. The fiber in both are really good for you. I don't recommend counting calories.. you end up missing out on a lot of foods that are really good for you.. and instead of helping your metabolism you could be hurting it.. that's why when you stop it's easy to gain all of your weight back. Just try to change your eating lifestyle to foods that are delicious and high in fiber or just better for you.. do your research it's better than going blindly.
