Default is WW yogurt a filling food?

you'd think it would be, but it has 0.5g fat.

On the side of the yogurt it says non-fat yogurt. so i suppose it is a filling food considering all nonfat yogurts are filling foods.

i just got done with my ww yogurt and it will hold me over until lunch which is around 12:30.

I add a tablespoon of walnuts for 1 point which adds crunch and this is my favorite snack for 2 points. Very satisfying.

No they are not considered a filling food on the program.

Only plain nonfat is considered a filling food.
