I will make my own version of breakfast burrittos

2 low cal/low carb tortilla's (small) 1 pt for two
2 serv egg beaters cooked 1pt ( make in an 8inch pan)
2 slices canadian bacon 1pt
chopped onion (either raw or cooked with broth)0pts

you can add salsa after heated but not before it makes them to wet

put all in tortilla toast on the out side and store in baggies when ready then heat in mirco for 30 sec and poof they are done and you are on the go

If I eat a hardboiled egg (or white only) along with my breakfast, I stay full until lunch. I cook a dozen eggs at once, put them back in the carton, and then into the fridge.

Something fast that fills me up (carbs) and helps curb hunger for awhile (protiein) I take one weight wacthers bagel and toast it (2), cook a cracked egg in a non stick pan (2), and add a slice of fat free cheese (1)...throw it together and it is a delicious breakfast sandwich! mmmm! Take a swig of 1/2 a cup of 1% milk and you get it made!

I like the 1pt english muffins, toasted, spray with I can't believe it's not butter and sprinkled with cinnamon/sugar mixture, for breakfast.

Default my own mcmuffin

I toast one 100-calorie Thomas english muffin. Then I crack an egg in a coffee cup, mix it up just a little with a fork, and microwave it for about 30 to 45 seconds. If you want, you can top it with some weight watchers cheese. Put it all together for a health Egg McMuffin!

Default Hazelnut pear flatbreads

Here's a new breakfast combo I'm loving. Divide 1 Laughing Cow Lite Garlic and herb wedge (1pt) between two Wasa flatbread crackers (1 pt) top with 10 chopped hazelnuts (2pts) and slices of 1 pear (1pt). Delish and filling for 5 pts.
