FatGirlTale, What the heck is nutritional yeast and where can you get it? I'll try anything once!

Somtimes to kick it up a notch I sprinkle some ground black pepper on it. No calories and it tastes good.

Wonderful tips, thank you. Where do you find "Nutritional Yeast"? I'm a bread maker and don't recall seeing it with the other yeast products.

Salt, salt, salt. As long as you drink plenty of water, it's not as bad for you as everybody says. And it always cures me of my salt craving. Mmm- I think I'm going to have to munch some popcorn today.

Kernel Seasons White Cheddar-says 0 points according to my WW calculator for 1 T but I still count it as 1, not sure if that's right or not.

I like experimenting, so I usually pop mine from kernels so it is actually plain. In the past I've done and enjoyed:

garlic parmesean
garlic dill
mrs.dash original
cinnamon and equal/splenda
seasoning salt
garlic pepper
sea salt and pepper
lemon pepper garlic
carribean jerk
mediterranean blend with sea salt [by mccormack]

pretty much anything in my spice cabinet is fair game. I've even done a spray of olive oil with a little lemon juice, parmesean and garlic.

Then if I do ready-pop, I do the 94% Smart Pop Kettle Corn

Hope those give a few ideas

Nutritional Yeast is also called brewers yeast and I get mine in the bulk at my local health food store. It is REALLY good on popcorn and FYI helps breast feeding moms produce more milk That is what I started using it for and loved it on popcorn and also sprinkled on toast.
