I'm a bit of a frequent weigher as well. although i have no garage maybe the balcony is good but if it rains my electronic scales are messed up, and i hate getting weighed in Boots. This one time an old lady came up to me and said there's no need for you to be weighing yourself your already too thin, this was when i was about 168. LOL
Modkitten- I haven't stopped putting my food in a diary. I carry it everywhere with me!!But i just haven't had time to write all my food in, i've also been writing it on WW site planner, is that etools?. My mum has been making a lot of foods with brown rice so that also helps me keep regular

Thank you so much for helping me with restaurant. The food seems low in points so thats great now i need to memorise everything cos my friend hates to see me on a diet even though i keep telling her WW is a way of life!!It's forever!! There's lots of variety so it's all good. I'm gonna go have a look in that thread.
