Hey,
Wow Tammy, you were very productive!!!! Only 5 trees! I can't believe it!!! I thought I was doing good with one. I'm glad that you took the day off. I might take one off before the holidays.

I babysat my little girl that broke my nose after school. I took her home and then went to pick her mom up at the airport. She was so funny. I just love that little girl. I just got home about 45 mintues ago. I will be heading to bed soon.

Tina, I had my mammogram on Saturday. I agree, OUCH!!! I'm glad you only have to get them once a year.

Susan, I think you are doing great with one tree!!! I'm sure the little girl loves you as much as you love her. Did you have fun?

My perm is stinky, but the hair looks better. I went to the storage unit and brought home a couple boxes. Couldn't figure out how to open the back end of Bob's car. Talk about feeling stupid! Finally figured it out. The latch is in a dumb place if you ask me.

I guess I should get started on those boxes. Actually, I need to clear off the washer and dryer. I forgot that I had clothes in the dryer yesterday. Wonder how wrinkled they are? Mainly towels, so I can handle that.

Hope you are all having a wonderful day!!

LOL Tammy. I'm sure I'd have the same trouble with Larry's truck opening.
You are the industrious one! Good for you.
About the clothes. You are not alone! When I do that, I just toss in a damp wash cloth and run the stuff through the "fluff only" cycle. That usually takes care of wrinkles.

Susan, you are the sweet one for babysitting.
Dee, how are you doing with all the parties you're going to?
Everyone be sure to drink lots of water before parties.

I'm going to make some 0 pt. veggie soup today.
How is the recipe quest coming???
I'll post one tomorrow.

I sure am busy. I know you all are. I am still trying to get the shopping done, I have two sick kiddies, one has some kind of double eye infection, have to get him to a specialist. My other child will be tested for chronic fatigue, thyroid.......and who knows what else.

I haven't concentrated on myself in a couple days, and it showed on the scale. I think once I can get my head on straight, I will recommit myself to WW (at home) again. We have been eating on the run, I haven't cooked in quite a few days.

Tammy, how long did it take Bob to get down here?

Tina, you are too funny and that is a good idea. I'd rather scoop them up and throw them out. Glad the boob squishing went well. LOL.

Susan, How are the Xmas cookies coming?

Tina, I'll have to remember that about the wet cloth in the dryer. Since this was towels and some undies, I didn't worry about wrinkles. I figured that I'll be the only one seeing them. I hope!!

I ended up ordering a little pizza tonight. I forgot about supper till I was on my way to the little store here in town to get some wrapping paper. Drove past the pizza place and called on my cell. Picked it up on the way home then. I'm taking the rest for lunch tomorrow.

Oh yeh, recipes!! I need to find one, don't I?

Dee, I hope the kiddies get better! Fibro is alot like the chronic fatigue, so I hope it isn't that. It's bad enough as an adult. Your eating sounds like me since Bob has been gone. I just grab something and go. I ate popcorn for lunch today while I was going through boxes.

Bob decided that he was going to take his time getting there, and he did. He left Friday, and he ended up staying overnight in southern Tennessee. On Saturday night, he stayed in southern Georgia. He arrived in Tampa about noon on Sunday. Since he was the only one driving, I was glad that he didn't try to drive too far. Since he had his car accident in '03, he just doesn't do as well driving, staying awake, etc. I worry about him.

He is more than ready to come home already. He called Tim tonight. He asked him if he remembered the first year he went away to scout camp for a full week. Tim said yes. He then asked him if he remembered us coming over for parent's night, and Tim wanted to come home with us. (We wouldn't let him by the way.) Tim remembered that and laughed. Then Bob told him that he knew exactly how he felt!! His older brother is really driving him crazy. It's a long story. I feel bad for Bob. I'm sure he'll even appreciate Kramer more when he gets home!! lol

I need to head to bed. I really have to go to school tomorrow. Have to go at least 2 days this week, right? (Wed. and Fri.) Next week I'll only be there 2 days because I'm taking a personal day on Fri. (15th). That's the weekend Carol, Melissa, and I so our yearly shopping trip and stay at the B&B. Can't wait. I will make sure that I have all my medicines packed, that's for sure.

Hi,

I had a blast babysitting. She was so funny but to she how excited she was when we went to pick up her mom from the airport. Her dad left town that day and mom was coming back.

I'm so tired today! I had to roll down the window 3 times on the way to school. I got home from school and sat down in the chair. I was planning on going to the gym and in the mean time I fell asleep and slept for an hour and half. I only woke up because I was cold.

Tammy, I think it's great that you are taking a personal day and going to the B&B.

Tina, how are you doing?

Dee, the Christmas cookies are still unmade. I plan on doing it this weekend. But my mom is making the ones that my husband loves.

I'm sitting here looking at my Christmas tree, it's so pretty.

I am behind on my postings but better late than never. I lost another 2.2 pounds totaling 18. Next week I will hit my first 10%. That is really exciting.
Welcome BriteEyes, it is nice that you joined us. Good job on your loss. You don’t need to pass up the good food, just modify it and make it better for you. As far as excersise, I Dance Clean. I put on my MP3 player and start cleaning and while I clean I dance. It definitely is a workout and before you know it you are sweating and having fun cleaning.

Well I have not put up any decoration yet. Just have not had the time. I also like the recipe idea. I will have to come up with one.

Tammy I can’t believe you have 5 trees. I have one that when I pull it out of the box, I plug it in and it is all done. Now as far as decorations, I have all my favorite ones pinned on a piece of Christmas fabric and then I thumbtack it behind the small Christmas tree. Now that I say it out loud, it sounds pretty sad.

Well I will work on the recipe. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Susan, glad you are enjoying the tree. I'm enjoying all of mine, lol. Bob didn't think I could find enough room for the 5, but I did it. He'll be surprised when he gets home on Sunday. Do not fall asleep while driving young lady!!!

Leeann, long time no see ( or whatever)!! I'm down on trees this year since we moved to a smaller place. I keep looking out on the porch thinking that I could put bunches of them out there, but I don't think bob will go for that one. I have 1 tree and a wreath out there. I like the idea of putting the decorations on the Christmas fabric. I have a friend who puts all of her Christmas pins on a Santa hat and wears it. Well, I don't know if she does anymore since she retired from teaching. She taught junior high and used to wear it to school. The kids loved it!

It is soooooooooooo cold outside! I didn't want to be outside at all today. I don't even know what the temp was, but my hands hurt after I pumped gas because I didn't have my gloves on.

One of the women at the WW meeting tonight was talking about how easy she is finding it to follow CORE. I think I'll keep going over the information and seriously give it a try after the new year. It can't hurt.

Met Tim this afternoon at a town that's halfway for both of us. We went over classes he plans to take next semester, talked about Christmas gift ideas, and just hung out. We ate at McDonalds, then we went to Wal Mart. Now how exciting was that?? lol

We discussed going to a dinner theater south of Dayton for a Christmas gift for Bob. The show is "It's a Wonderful Life", and we both know that Bob really likes the movie. We've been to this theater before, but it has been awhile. I think I'll get tickets ordered for after I'm out of school. My last day before break is Dec. 20. Tim gets home Dec. 17.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Sad day, There was a horrific car crash this morning two vehicles hit head on, both drivers, mothers, were killed instantly. One had her 5 and 13 y/o in the car and the other a 5 y/o. All three children were airlifted and survived, they are in fair-stable condition. The 13 y/o has gone to school with my boys since they were four. I am so shocked. Stunned beyond disbelief. His mom, Lisa, worked at my Dr.'s office. Her third baby was staying at Gramma's at the time of the accident. I can't believe it. I am sick to my stomach. She came here for birthdays. The kids go to summer camp together.

Even DH is stunned. So close to Christmas. 4 kids with no mom. I will never let my children sit in the front, nor will they be without car/booster seats. (except my 13 y/o, he is way bigger than I).

Sorry for rambling.....just wanted to get it off my chest.

Dee, that's horrible news. It would be bad enough, but knowing them is worse.
It really makes us think about safety.

Everyone take care out there in the bad weather some are having.

Dee, how awful! We'll keep the families and friends in our prayers. As you said, so close to Christmas, and that is what the children will remember. Ramble all you want. Losing a friend is so difficult.

While I'm still up, please keep Bob in your prayers. He is leaving Tampa tomorrow on his drive home. When I talked to him earlier tonight, he seemed nervous about the trip. I'm not sure why. He'll stay overnight Fri. and Sat. night, and he'll be home Sunday.

Hi All,
Can you believe how fast time is flying by? I have had a busy week. Next week will be a busy one too. We don't get out until the Thursday before Christmas.

Dee, I wish I was there to give you a hug. I'm so sorry for your friend and her family, as well as the other family involved. If there is anything we can do you let us know!! Ya'll will be in my prayers.

Leeann, you are doing good on your weight loss. You need to cheer me on so I get going.

Tammy, I thought Bob was back from Tampa. I'll keep him in my prayers. I know you enjoyed your day with Mr. Tim even if you went to Walmart.

Tina, did ya'll get snow flurries? My sisters called this afternoon and were so excited because they had flurries. I can't remember when they had snow the last time.

My food has been horrible. Exercise is still good. did someone mention a change with WW? I'm going to a meeting next week.
