In NY the weather is rainy, cold and windy. Not too sure if they are flying the balloons in the parade today due to the winds. I guess I'll find out soon enough!
We've got plans to go to BF's sisters house and I'm looking forward to that. Less work for me! Something that I am thankful for! Ha ha! And I'm not obligated to take leftovers home or deal w. leftovers IN my home. Rock on!
I've not been eating well at all ... so today I am starting fresh. I've got PMS on the horizon and I'm on a new BC so we'll see how I fare ( TMI - sorry guys ). However my nutrionist reminds me that our taste buds are in our mouths not our hormones; and she does have a point.
I'm finding it challenging to drink my water. Which is bumming me out.
If anyone here doesn't celebrate T-day have a very Happy Thursday none-the-less.
Time for some grapenuts and skim milk; a few miles on the treadmill and I'll get my day started.
