Hi all I'm 26 years old SAHM to a 3 year old son I have 119 more pounds to lose to get to 190 well in 5 wks i have lost 21 pounds so far :-) my diet is eating right and exercising and not over eating and not eating when bored and drinking lots of water and maybe a diet or crystal light once a while :-) Well thats all for now

Hello and welcome. You are right, 180-190 will be a great maintainable weight for you. I am 5'10" and feel best around 160-170 (but I have for years told myself I want to be 150 or so. Have not been there in a long time). I am PG right now and weigh a lot. I will have a lot to lose after this baby comes.
Anyway, stop by our daily thread and post away. I am now going to go check out your goals thread.
I am due on Jan 1. started this a little high (190ish)..and I have gained about 30 so far so I need to slow down on that a lot. So I guess I could have 50 to lose to get to my 190 again...and then 30 after that. But I will just do it in chunks and go from there.
Trish... you can do it no problem. I started high too at 197, gained 35 and look at me now. It may come off slow, but it's not impossible. And Emma is only 10 months, so at least I am losing it before she is a year old!!!
