Oy exercise! You know I used to love to exercise. I remember when I was a teen I used to run a lot. Even up until a few years ago I did a ton of walking and loved it. Don't know what happened to that girl. It is the fat that does it you know, drags you down and gives you the energy level of a sloth. Anyway my goal is for 30 minutes of something, walking or biking, every day. That's enough to start with.
