    1 coffee mug of 2% milk
    1 banana

    Lunch
    protein shake
    carrot sticks

    Dinner
    steak
    garden salad

    Daytime snacks
    apple
    low fat microwave popcorn
    whole wheat cereal

    Evening binge
    big hunk o' cheese
    cheese and crackers
    2 mini ice cream sandwiches
    7 chocolate chip cookies

    Muesli with yogurt
    Cup of coffee

    Snack:
    Apple

    Lunch:
    Yogurt
    Chocolate

    Snack:
    Apple

    Breakfast
    1 poached egg
    1 slice whole wheat toast
    coffee mug of 2% milk
    banana

    Lunch
    Big Mac combo (I know not the best but hey it was a day out at the museum and it was too hot to be carrying around a cooler!)

    Supper
    2 hot dog weiners
    bowl of mini wheats with milk
    carrot sticks

    Snack
    cheese and crackers
  • I ate junk yesterday:
    August 3rd:
    Breakfast
    - one bottle lite Frappicino
    - one frozen breakfast burrito

    Lunch
    - leftover chicken/rice casserole
    - one can Mountain Dew

    Supper
    - one homemade Italian sub (bun, pepperoni, 1 slice turkey, FF Italian dressing, pizza sauce, 1 slice provolone)
    - ranch flavored rice crisps
    - one can Mountain Dew

    Snack
    - 1/2 cup Chai Latte

    TODAY-- Friday, August 4th

    Breakfast:
    1 cup Chai Latte
    1 whole wheat english muffin (1pt)
    1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese (1pt)

    Lunch:
    one bowl tomato bisque soup (make w/ skim milk)
    a small handful of garlic croutons in the soup
    one can Mtn Dew (3pts)

    Supper:
    not sure yet... cleaning out the upright freezer this afternoon, will figure out supper after that!


    With the baby and my lack of sleep, I've fallen back into my caffeine habit. I've got to try and keep that under control.
