Not sure if I am doing this right but just had to share!!
I lost 6lbs this week and am excited!!
I do have a question though how do you move the object on the tracker that I put on my signature?

First click on User CP. It is in the purple bar above. Then, on the next page, click on Edit Signature. Look for the box with the html code--that is what makes your ticker. Look for your weights (it is at the end of the code) and change the last three digits as that is your current weight (for example, it should read 315/185/315). Be sure not to change anything except those three digits.
