Frozen veggies -- 3

Afternoon Snack
Chips and salsa -- 2.5

Dinner
2 slices Swiss cheese -- 4
1 slice roast beef -- 2
2 slices ff cheese -- 2
1 whole-wheat tortilla -- 1
Grapes -- 1
2 mints -- 2

TOTAL -- 32 (over 2)
