Breakfast - Ice cappacino made with milk, toasted bagel with butter
Lunch - high protein bar
Dinner - kaiser roll with cheese, lettuce, tomato, small scoop of potato salad, ice cream
Snack - 3 chocolate chip cookies
I did well yesterday. I didn't count points, but I think I was likely close to right on. I didn't wake up until 1:30 today, so I'm sure that will help. lol If only I slept so much every day...then I wouldn't eat so much!
