Well, I skipped weigh in this week. With the first week of school it was just to hard. I've been exhausted this week. I did NOTHING
I have to get back on program. I want to wake up and have all of this weight off. As you all know, it is such a challenge to get it off. I plan on going back to water aerobics this week. Hopefully that will help.
