Thanksgiving: 183 (-85 pounds)
Christmas: 163 (-105 pounds)
Valentine's Day: 134 (-134 pounds)
Goal Weight: 134 (to lost 1/2 of me) Goal BMI: 24

Today I weighed in at 197.6 so 1 lb. this week! Not too terrible I suppose. I'll just have to keep it up! Hoping for 2 lbs. next week!
