What I Ate Today - Fresh Start
Weigh-in Wednesday morning... down a pound. Treated myself -- stupidly -- Wednesday night. Didn't keep track of points, but I'm writing what I ate anyway.
Coffee with Splenda and light cream -- 1.5
Oatmeal with ff milk -- 5
Lean Cuisine -- 5
Yogurt -- 2.5
Glass of white wine
Sushi
Handful of potato chips with onion dip
TastyKake Chocolate Cupcakes
Chocolate milk
UGH! But, OK, it's out of my system for the week. Counting this as all my flex points
So:
Day's Total.... 48
Week's Total ... 48/245 (197 left)
30x7=210+35 flex points = 245 a week
