Default I'm ashamed of my eating!!

This morning I started off really well until I got to work.

Breakfast:
1 1/2 Cups of Special K Berries
1/2 Cup Skim Milk (i don't like soggy cereal)

Points: Didn't figure properly

Snack:
Fried Apple Pie
Points: All remaining for the rest of the day!

I'm starting over tomorrow...although I always say that.
But, I am going to WI tonight and then will probably start going to another WW meeting with a friend.

My day so far...

B...
1 nectarine 1
Kashi 2
1/2 cup milk 1

L...
Veggie soup 3

Snack
Sunkist soda 3

Total so far 10

I think I need to see it in writing in order to stay on track, but sometimes I just don't wanna write it down!

Also, I'm on a soup kick. I think soups (when made right) are a great low fat filling meal! My next soup will be the veggie cheese soup I got at the meeting.

Later will be:

I'm still hanging on. I haven't lost any more weight, but I haven't gained any either, which is a good thing I guess. The positive thing is that I have continued to run, which is the other part of what I said I wanted to accomplish by Labor Day. I can now run a little over 4 miles at a time, so I have succeeded in part!!

Gi. Well I am still trying to maintain and I think I am doing an ok job. I wasn't up to going to WI last week and TOM comes this weekend so I am not sure if I am going this week either. Depending on my home scale, I might go. Right now the home scale says 163 (which is 161 at WW) so I may go just to get it over. I am not able to attend my favorite Saturday meetings this month so I am less likely to go.

I was really hoping to get down to 157 but it looks like that will take longer than I wanted. At least I am still hovering around 160 so I am glad about that.

My eating has been just ok. I could definitely be doing better and I will work on that the rest of this week. I am going to DH's high school reunion this weekend and I know it will be a major challenge. Good luck to all!
