breakfast: ww french toast- (4.5) lite syrup-(2) lunch: 1 bite of pizza-(2) dinner: Italian Buffet: salad-(4) 1 bite of spaghetti-(2.5) half a plate full of broccoli and squash 1 garlic bread- the crust-(3) Italian wedding soup- 1/2 of a cup-( 2) 1 piece of chicken-(5) 1 bite of veal parm.-(1) bottom of cheesecake- crust-(2) icing off of cake-(2) Points: 30 - I had 19 in my bank so I used 5 from my bank and I end the week with 14 left in my bank. water: 88 oz. exercise:none Terri |
Well, I survived my birthday with my food obsessed parents. You wouldn't believe how many times I had to say "No thanks" to them and of course they bought me a cheesecake. That I just couldn't say "no thanks" to. But the choice of eating at Red Lobster was a good one and while I did go over my points, I did have enough banked to make up for it.

Just came from my weigh-in. I lost 1.2 lbs. despite the cheesecake Saturday. I was shocked but very happy.
