I had my first weigh in this week and I lost 6 pounds. I'm so amazed!! It's the first time in 6 months that I have lost anything instead of gain. I've tried cutting out on my eating, but I still binged and ate junk food all nite. I think I'm going to love the WW point thing.
A bad habit I have is to get on the scales everyday, it's very disapointing when you see a weight gain. So it was sooooo hard for me not to weigh for a whole week, but I'm glad I didn't. I've covered up my scales, so it isn't so visual.
I know my loss won't always be as much and sometimes it may even be a gain, but I do have to learn not to beat myself up for those times. And also realize that the more you exercise you are gaining mucsle weight while you are losing fat. So even if you see a gain on the scales, if you are doing your exercise program it just might be a good gain. Losing inches will reveal sometimes what the scale does not show!!!

Sandra, congratulations on your first weigh in. WW has taught me healthy eating habits. The diet thing is no good in the long run. WW lets you eat that donut as long as you count pts. I certainly don't feel deprived.

Way to go Sandra!! Welcome to 3FC! My scale was right I was up 1.25 lbs. Oh well I'll do better this week! I think part of it was the heat and humidity. Its only been 2 days and my scale shows a loss now because its not so humid anymore I think.
