My weight is still the same. I redid my tracker thingie. I changed the weight lost since I'm not back to where I was yet. I also changed my goal weight. Keep thinking that maybe I need to be more realistic for now. Of course, if I was being more realistic, I'd go for needing to lose only a few more pounds. Maybe I'd actually make my goal then!
Tammy,
The same is good. I decided that I needed to break my goal down in to 25 pound increments so I wouldn't get discouraged. I had even considered by doing in 10 pounds. I wish I was one of those people would had to gain weight. We were laughing the other day at school, how just for once I'd love for a doctor to say "Now, I want you to gain some weight!" Wishful thinking!!!!
This week was not a good week. I am not going to make excuses. I ate when I knew I shouldn't. Once again, I battled with the decision of not being accountable. I will lose it and post next week was my thinking process. At any rate, I am wanting to break the patterns that keep me over goal. I made a commitment to post regardless. Isn't it amazing, how easy we can make a commitment and how easy to break it?
Here's to us all having a better week in every way.I gained 2 pounds.
.
Noble1 for posting. I can tell it was not an easy decision.
You can do this!!!!! I just know you can.
Do you plan your day's menus ahead? Do you have your snacks in the frig?
This week I have those WW meals for my lunch. I got 3 pt. ones.
I always have either oatmeal or grits for breakfast, sometimes 1/2 pt. toast with it, too. That way I can have pasta or potatoes with my supper.
Don't worry, you'll make it!
