    mac and cheese (just a little!) (5)

    Snack:

    Total: 18-20 pts.

    Exercise: I am hoping for a walk, but it is raining here, not sure if it will clear up!

    Exercise: Not allowed to do any right now but think they will say ok at Dr. appt. on TH so I hope to be in prenatal water class soon!

    Snack iced coffee with cream and sugar from D&Ds

    Dinner aka my downfall

    2 pieces of Gen tsos chicken I know a cup is 15 pts but how much is 2 peices
    a Cup and a half of chow mei fun with shrimp and pork and chicken
    3 wontons
    and
    2 cups of steamed Veggies with Dumpling sauce
    and a packet of fried noodles

    Water 6 cups and counting!
    Exercise aka my saving grace
    2 hours of weights including recumbent and upper cycling

    Things i have learned today lol I cant put plates together when thers food im not intending to eat!

    I am eating a lot of peaches today because they will go bad if I don't eat them today.

    At the Fair.... 15 points ???
    Most likely cheese curds and ice cream (we are in Wisconsin, so need I say more??)

    You know, I ahve been a v. good girl this week - now if I just journal the weekend, I'll be the best I've been in MONTHS. I WI on Monday, so I sure hope I lose...
