I lost 2.8 lbs.! I am so happy! Morning ww smoothie 3 strawberries 1 blueberries 1 Midday soybutter 2 bread 3 ww bar 2 Evening crab stuffed salmon 5 lobster 2 grilled veggies 1 pasta 3 sauce 1 Total 24 Exercise 30 minutes on elliptical trainer and hour long body shaping class |

Friday the 13th.
Breakfast: None Lunch: salad-(2) low fat dressing-(2) plate of steamed vegies-(3) 1 piece of garlic bread-(4) 1 bite of fajita roll up-(1) snack: 1 body smart bar-(2) lowfat chips-(3) skinny cow-(2) points-(19) water- 96 oz. exercise- running around and playing football with a puppy and the boys. It was more exhausting than any activity I have done. The puppy runs and takes the ball then we have to chase and tackle him. He is almost impossible to get. multivitamin viactive Terri more later |

Saturday 7/14/01- first week down 4.5 Today was hard. We went to CiCi's pizza. It is a buffet. I had 13 points to bank. I use my banked points if I need them on Saturdays. Breakfast: oatmeal-(3) Lunch: chili-(3) 1 light string cheese-(1) 5 crackers-(1) dinner: salad-(3) 3 small pieces of pizza bread-(9) 2 pieces of thin crust pizzas-(8) Inside of 1 cinnamon roll-(1.5) 1 piece of apple pizza-(5) Points: 34.5 - 25 max + 9.5 points from bank 3.5 points from bank to spare. water- 60 oz. exercise: day off multivitamin Terri |
