I did soak in the tub, will probably have to do it again tonight. I feel muscles in the backs of my thighs again! WOOHOO been a long long time...
Has the weather changed to fall in your neck of the woods? We keep going back and forth. Oct is very fickle in N NV. This morning was CHILLY! But I would much prefer that for my daily walks than hot and we had more than our share of hot this summer.
somewhat changed here, weve had some cold days, but its mainly still warm, the leaves are changing though, and we got our halloween decorations up yesturday, my kids are 7 & 9 so its a nice age for halloween.
