I didn't weigh today--had soy sauce last night and was bloated. Maybe tomorrow will be weigh-in.
I hope everyone is ready for a big loss at the scales this week. I went ahead and weighed today. (Who knows what will bring tomorrow - with Hurricane Rita knocking at the door.)
