I hope everyone is ready for a big loss at the scales this week.
I went ahead and weighed today. (Who knows what will bring tomorrow - with Hurricane Rita knocking at the door.)
I lost 1 pound!!!!!!! I'm so happy.

Well after 2 weeks of 0 change, the scale dropped 5 pounds tonight. I am SOOO glad it finally moved.
