Up one pound this morning--- but, still on my TOM, so I'm not moving my counter yet-- I don't consider that "real" weight.

Default A loss

but I don't trust it! My WI was actually 154.2 but I round up at the sight of a fraction, no matter how small! Sooo, I'm down one pound for the week.

*giggles* Luflic, you're totally online right now. *waves*

And congrats everyone on the losses!!

And Amy, I completely agree with you, lol. I never trust my TOM WI. I talked to my personal trainer about it last week and she said that you can go up 2-3 pounds that week...so, you probably actually lost real weight but are showing annoying water weight or something. So, congrats on only going up 1 pound on your TOM! Hehe!

Ah, Kitty- don't beat yourself up too much. It's up and down, up and down- before you know it, you'll be losing again. I won't give you any lectures because you've already said what you need to do- eat less and exercize more- and I'll tell you what, I'm not so good at keeping up with the exercize either, so I'll work on it this week too!

But hey, kudos to you for sharing and being honest!! That's important- it shows you're in it with us for the long haul...

So here are some of these:

And some of these:

And one of these: for this week!

So I'm at 247.5!!

Kitty - (((hugs))) You'll start loosing, and you know what you need to do. I'm guilty of not exercising enough too.

A-HEM! I have re-earned my 10-pound nanner! My first official weigh-in since my "doing it without meetings" decision: down 3.5 pounds from 254 to 250.5, (hard to show on the slider, so I rounded up) which means I've lost 12.5 pounds total (five of the six I gained in my Dark Days when I was on that business trip. Someone oiled my armadmillo! (Oh, wait, I don't have an armadillo. )

I did my weigh in this morning instead of tomorrow 'cause we're going out to dinner tonight. I know, I'm bad like that. But I figure Friday vs. Saturday is no biggie.

My next goal: Less than 100 pounds to lose (244 or 6.5 pounds away)

Congratulations to all you other losers! And, Kitty, hon, I can gain 3.5 pounds in about 20 minutes! At least it took you a week. I do know how you feel, but it'll come off. And at least you're being honest with yourself (and us, your ever-vigilant sistas) about what went wrong. I'm so proud that none of us seem to be living The Big Lie that I talked about a while ago.

Maggie,

It would be so easy to lie to you guys and say I lost 5 lbs., but why should I?
You Sistas will just come after me with torches & digittal scales & make me weigh in in front of everyone!!!

Well, here's another 21 nanner salute to all the loozers this week!!!

Next week I hope I get a full dress 21-nanner salute!!!

I forgot to post my official weigh in this week. I stayed the same. That's ok by me.

Great Job to EVERYONE!! Being here and being honest is just as important as what that scale reads!

I can hardly even believe it, ladies. Really...I'm stunned. I'm just...whew. Shocked.

I LOST 4 POUNDS!!

Lol. I mean, really. I just about passed out when my leader told me my weight loss. All I could think was, "Wow...so I really could get to 190 by my birthday (Sept. 20)." It'll take just another couple of weeks, but I bet I could do it...or get really close. ****, there's no harm in trying anyway, is there?

But yeah. I'm totally stunned. So now...I'm on week 10, I've lost 16 pounds, 15.25", and 3% body fat. Whew. This thing really works, ladies.

First of all, congrats to everyone on losses and maintenance!! And Kitty, you already heard from me- congrats to you too for being honest and sticking with us!!

Now, on to me: I lost 2 pounds this week which gets me past my 90s goal to 188!! Put on your legwarmers, girls, I'm back in the 80s! I'm going to get out some Pat benetar records and work out!!

But I won't stay here long- oh, no- the 70s are much better- Barbarino, anyone?
