WI this morning. Gained 1.5

Switching back to Flex for this next week, but this time, I'm really gonna follow it. heh

I lost 4 pounds! And I don't understand how!

It certainly doesn't feel like I did. :scratch:

I think it's a lot, and I guess it's because I did a lot of walking at work. But I don't know for sure.

But..um...yay?
