I love the posting your goal idea! I think it will help keep me in check. My goal for Sunday is to stay in my point range and take a walk. I also need to cut down on the diet cokes.
I have been very busy the last few days, with no for more than 5 minutes to sit at the computer . That only gives me time to update my food diary in the spreadsheet program. I have kept up with my daily goals.
Tina - I love water, I always have a water bottle close by and do not drink coffee. I have really cut back my consumption of Diet Coke. My goal is to cut it out completely. I have done it before I can do it again.
My goals for today are:
Drink lots of water, at least half my weight in ounces (done)
Walk for 32 minutes (I am increasing my aerobic exercises 2 minutes per week) (done)
Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up (done)
No Diet Cokes (I lasted until 4 pm,then I had to have one, tomorrow is another day)
Not eat anything within two hours of going to bed (done)
Take Multi-Vitamin (done)
Take Calcium supplement (done)

I have really enjoyed writing my daily goals. They are really keeping me on track and motivated.
Tina - Giving up the Diet Cokes will be tough because I know I am addicted. They are part of my bad eating habits and they need to go.

I am doing well. I have been so busy, I barely have time to breathe. My routine daily goals are going well, except I have not given up Diet Cokes. I feel its time to set some new goals. For now, I need to regroup and concentrate on exercise. I have not exercised in almost a week and my body can tell. I am lethargic and cranky.
My goals for today are:
Walk for at least 30 minutes
Stretch for 5 minutes
