What'cha eating Wednesday? (menus/points 8/3)

  • Yep, I'm posting this a day ahead of time~ maybe that will make me stick to my plan!

    B~ one egg= 2pts
    one LF English Muffin= 2.6pts
    FF butter spray= 0pts
    skim milk

    L~ ham salad (ham, LF cheese, FF mayo, mustard- will calculate it later)
    hifiber bun= 1.6pts
    pickles= 0pts
    mountain dew= 3pts
    ........and probably some mushroom soup, depending on how high the ham salad is points-wise

    S~ potatoes/ ranch chicken in crockpot= 5pts
    steamed broccoli or green beans= 0
    diet orange soda= 0

    And I've gotta get back into the habit of drinking a lot of ice water during the day-- I got out of the habit last week on vacation.

    OK, that's the plan.... feel free to yell at me if I stray!
  • OK, so it's 11am and I've already changed the plan a bit....

    B~ had the light english muffin
    with low fat peanut butter & one tablespoon of jelly
    and skim milk
    We slept late and I didn't have time to mess with cooking an egg. Oh well, close enough I guess.

    Back to the plan now...

    1 slice WW bread with Brummel & Brown

    Total -- 25.5. A little short, but I'm ready for bed. I didn't get enough servings of fruits/veggies in today either. I usually have apples and caramel for a snack and some veggies with dinner. Just wasn't into it today.
