What'cha eating Wednesday? (menus/points 8/3)
Yep, I'm posting this a day ahead of time~ maybe that will make me stick to my plan! :smug:
B~ one egg= 2pts one LF English Muffin= 2.6pts FF butter spray= 0pts skim milk L~ ham salad (ham, LF cheese, FF mayo, mustard- will calculate it later) hifiber bun= 1.6pts pickles= 0pts mountain dew= 3pts ........and probably some mushroom soup, depending on how high the ham salad is points-wise S~ potatoes/ ranch chicken in crockpot= 5pts steamed broccoli or green beans= 0 diet orange soda= 0 And I've gotta get back into the habit of drinking a lot of ice water during the day-- I got out of the habit last week on vacation. OK, that's the plan.... feel free to yell at me if I stray! ;) |

B~ had the light english muffin with low fat peanut butter & one tablespoon of jelly and skim milk We slept late and I didn't have time to mess with cooking an egg. Oh well, close enough I guess. Back to the plan now... |

B-2 ff waffles 2p PB 3p S-ff capucinno 3p L-Spag. sauce w/ground turkey 4p Spag. noodles 4p apple 1p S-pudding cup 2p D-chicken, I'll post recipe later! 6p Baked potato 2p butter spray ZERO ff sour cream 1p Beets 1p Total 29 so far... |
Whew.. made it through another day on point!
B: Cheerios and ff milk -- 7 Espresso -- 0 WaWa Spinach Salad w ff dressing -- 8 S: Soy Crisps -- 2 D: Tuna (3) on WW bread (1) with ff mayo (0), pickles (0) and onions (0) FF milk -- 2 S: WW ice cream bar - 1 1 slice WW bread with Brummel & Brown Total -- 25.5. A little short, but I'm ready for bed. I didn't get enough servings of fruits/veggies in today either. I usually have apples and caramel for a snack and some veggies with dinner. Just wasn't into it today. |
