Izzy~ looks like a good plan. I have trouble at buffets-- good luck!

So far:
Breakfast:
1 lf hf english muffin
1 egg= 2
1 light laughing cow cheese wedge= 1

Currently I'm sipping one diet orange soda= 0

Lunch: Eating out with DD while we're running errands.

Supper: Depends on what I get during said errands- this could change if I wind up getting any meat today. (we'll see what's marked down)
My Tenative Supper plan:
turkey burger patties=
hi fiber buns= 1
sliced tomatoes= 0
sliced melon=

So, really I don't have anything exactly planned for today but I'll be good.

Lisa.... Be careful at the OCB. Even the veggies are loaded with butter! Just count points accordingly. Good luck

I haven't posted in two days, but I thought I would catch up now, you know... for accountability factor. And to get a gauge from you guys how much damage I did. I didn't eat a whole, whole lot -- NOTHING compared to what I would have eaten before i started WW -- and i didn't stuff myself. Like for example, when we went for Chinese Saturday night, we split one pu-pu platter and two entrees between three people. Before, i would have eaten my share of the pu-pu, then had a bowl of wonton soup and then had my own entree. These are victories, as far as I'm concerned. But I know went over my points. How bad do you think this all is?

Saturday

B: Small Dunkin Coolata
L: 2 small ribs and less than a cup of cucumber salad and Diet soda
D:
Tea with sugar
Chinese noodles (one small bowl shared among 3) with duck sauce and mustard
1 small spare rib
1 fried wonton
1 shrimp toast triangle
1 spring roll
1 beef skewer
About a cup each of beef lo mein and pork fried rice
1 egg roll
1 WW ice cream

Sunday:
Small samples while cooking (very small, just for taste)
2 small crackers with spinach dip
2 small pieces of cheese
2 thin slices pepperoni
2 slices ham
About 1.5 cups broccoli salad (broccoli, bacon, cheese and mayo/sour cream dressing)
2 deviled eggs
small piece chocolate cake
about 1 cup vanilla ice cream
about 2 cups regular soda

Considering how much food there was at that party on Sunday, this is amazing to me. I could have eaten until I burst! And once the food was put away, it stayed away. I never went back for leftovers. Right now there are two cakes in my fridge, leftover potato salad, mac and cheese with sausage, kielbasi and sauerkraut, sausage and peppers, broccoli salad, etc. And I never touched it.

Yeah, yeah, I want a friggen dancing banana!

LOL you "crack" me up!

Also, I'm not worried about OCB, I'll eat a salad with FF dressing and good veggies and such, and some baked chicken.
