okee-here's my day!
B- light english muffin 1p PB 3p S- apple 1p FF cappucinno 3p L-Lean Cuisine, Pot roast, YUM! 4p 2 pieces light bread 1p butter spray ZERO diet rite ZERO S- pudding cup 2p D- Taco meat 4p lettuce,onion,salsa ZERO ff cheese 1p ff sourcream 1p baked chips 2p ff dressing 1p S-reduced fat wheat thins 3p LC cheese wedge 1p Total 28 so far |
Here's me:
B: Apple Jacks -- 3 FF milk -- 4 L: WaWa chicken salad -- 6 ff dressing -- 1 S: Apples and caramel - 4 Soy crisps and salsa -- 2 D: I don't know what to eat for dinner. I try to eat light, like soups, since its the night before weigh-in, but then I end up starving and pigging out late at night. |
Mmmm got some Aquafina flavored water (tried the citrus) and boy was it good! Liquid candy! (Kind of tastes like American Smarties.) And no points! If I could afford it, I would buy it by the case. Hopefully it tastes as good next time.

B-Morningstar Fake bacon - 3 egg fried with Pam - 2 12 oz milk - 3 No snack L-homemade chicken tostadas - 12 S- Watermelon - 1 D-East of Chicago veggie pizza - 18pts (Whew!!) Posting what I eat everyday is keeping me honest. If I wasn't posting this, I'd probably eat the 4th slice of pizza, but I don't want to be piggish. LOL (Sheepishly stepping away from pizza box) :devil: :devil: P.S. I still have 23 flexies to use until Tuesday. |
