Well, this weeks WI was a bummer. I was up .5

That darned TOM showed up yesterday and I think that has something to do with it. I was SO GOOD all week!!! I didn't even hit my target point most of the week cuz I ate out the one day and I was making up for it. Oh well, next week will be better. I will just keep doing what I'm supposed to and it WILL come off.

Oh wow seems like everyone is having that problem today Sis. Mine is due soon, but I already feel it coming...especially by the way I can't keep food away from my mouth...lol.

Hi Everyone!
Well i weighed in and I lost 4.6 lbs. I feel great!!!!! I have been at this so hard to lose place

but I can say that I have paved the way to more weight loss

Sometimes I feel like I am a week behind. So thats it for another saga of "lets change the way we eat"

Hope everyone had a great week. Congrats to all who had a loss and

to the ones who keep sticking even though you gained. Everyone has such great determination there is no way you can miss

Great job Stacey! I was down 1 lb. this week. Just as long as it isn't up I'll be happy . Next week is my time so I think that is why I didn't show as much a loss. See ya next time.

Well, I took a peek yesterday and I was .5lb down, but I dont weigh in til Sundays and today I got TOM so let's see what happens Sunday. I'll let you all know. Take care

Well, I managed to lose 2.5 lbs this week! Yaayyy!
