Brrrr......
I'm with Susan, it's so hard to believe that anyone has weather that cold.
Tammy, you need some electric socks for the morning.

Have y'all read the note from Suzanne? It's at the top of our forum. They are going to cut the number of forums to 3 . It seems not many are posting on WW forums right now.
It won't affect our two threads. They'll just be in a different forum.

Susan, I don't know, I just wrote a note to Suzanne asking her. And, did you know that there were "private forums"?????
I didn't know that.
Makes me feel "out of touch."

I checked down in another forum and she wrote that our Thursday Chatter and weighin were the ones that were used the most. That's a good thing.

Did Y'all miss me!
We just got back from Abilene where we had an Estate Sale for my father-in-law's house. We sold lots of stuff. We took some of what was left to the Goodwill. There is some furniture left that someone will have to come pick up.

It was sprinkling on the way home. Then , we ran into some heavy downpours. I was driving. I could barely see a foot in front of the car. It was really scarey. I pulled over and my dear husband took the wheel for me.

I did good eating while away. I'll take tomorrow off from exercising because I got enought on Saturday.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. what did everyone do?

HI Tin a,
It looks like its me and you. I'm so glad that y'all got a lot done. I know that is a big relief! I hate to drive when it is raining hard. It scares me too.

We flew to SA yesterday and back this morining. It was Pat's mom and dad's 50th anniversary dinner. So it was a very fast trip.

I feel like I haven't been good this week. I don't think I was too bad. I'll have to wait to weigh in either Tues or Wed. I'm taking a spanish course that the district is offering.

Hey you guys!! I don't like being so busy that I can't take time to get on here to at least say hello. It's almost 10, and I'm ready to go to bed. Tim is laying on the couch with a bucket beside him. Hope I don't get whatever he has. I feel like I'm getting a cold, and I know I have a slight fever tonight. Ugh. I probably need chocolate, don't you think?????

Tammy,
I think the PERFECT fix would be chocolate. I hope Mr. Tim gets to feeling better. There is nothing worse that that. You better not be getting sick either!!! That is the last thing you need, Girl!! Take care!! How is Bob doing?

Hi everyone!!!!!

Tammy, how are you feeling, girl? I hope you didn't come down with whatever Tim had. How is Bob doing? When does he go back to work? Does he have to take some kind of physical therapy.

well, friends, I was in a car accident yesterday. It was minor, don't worry. I was pulling out into the street---no cars coming except for a bus that was stopping to let people on. This truck comes out of now where and hits my left front bumper, messing it up and the headlight area. Now, he was not going any 35 mph, I'm sure. I was soooooo nervous the rest of the day. Does that sound familiar, Tammy!
Now that's a bad way of losing one's appetite.
I'm fine today. My poor little Neon will be in the shop until next Friday. I have to drive Larry's standard transmission truck until then. Yuck! At least I'm not stuck at home.

Did anyone else have an exciting day yesterday?

Bummer Tina! I'm glad it was minor though and you weren't hurt. It's nice that you have another vehicle to use so you're not stranded at home. Take care and have a better week end! ...Sis

Tina,
I'm sorry about your car. But SOOOOOOO glad you weren't hurt! I know it's a pain dealing with everything.

Life in Big McKinney is the same ole same ole!!! Allergies have hit me hard this week. I actually think I have a sinus infection but am going to try and wait it out. I get them so often that if I don't have to take antibiotics I don't. I have a hard time finding some that work now. Guess this is what I get for taking myself off of shots. Guess what I'll be going back on very soon.

Ya'll have a great one!

Tina, I am so glad that you weren't hurt!! your accident does sound very familiar!! Bob is still not back to work. He goes to a specialist on Tuesday about his knee. It is still bothering him, and our family doctor thinks he may have to have surgery. Bob said that it feels so much better than it did 2 weeks ago, he'd like to skip the surgery if the specialist agrees. He is READY to get back to work even if it is at Wal-Mart!!

He has gone in to the store a few times and talked to the managers. They have really noticed things that aren't getting done since Bob isn't there. I don't think they are happy with the people that are covering for him while he is off.

Tim is much better, and Bob & I neither one caught what he had. This cold or sinus thing is getting me down. My voice has been awful this week. It comes and goes. You should hear my class giggling when it goes!!! lol

Tim and Jessica and another couple left about 4. They were going to go get pizza, go to the park (it was in the 80's here today), and then they were going bowling. I know they'll have a great time. Good kids.

Did you ever wonder how many times you gain and lose the same couple of pounds????? I think I've lost and gained the same couple a zillion times at least!!

Hope you are all having a good weekend!!

Tammy,

I've wondered the same thing. If it was a new pound each time, I would only weigh about 10 pounds.

I hope Tim and Jessica have fun. Yes they are good kids. It is a reflect of you and Bob.

Take care
