I'm new to this points plus program but not to WW in general. I did WW years ago and lost about 70 lbs. But I am having real issues with this new program. Or maybe it's just me.
I am allowed 26 points a day and I work very hard to stay within those points. I do water aerobics at the Y 3 times a week. I am hungry all the time and still I am not losing. I'm not gaining but I'm not losing. Why am I denying myself so many of the things I love and still not losing.
Any and all suggestions appreciated.
