Default Sabotage!
GRR no its not the Beastie Boys Song Tho I wish it was on b/c I am Damm Pissed off
my mom asked me to help her eat healthy
(for me that means no refined sugars/carbs) soo I have been I've been making healthy dinners breakfasts you name it
TOday she plunks down a box of choc chip and oatmeal raisin cookies we're talking fresh bakery cookies
Usually I have resolve when I'm feeling well and going to the gym
I feel Like Crap on a cracker
she knows I restarted induction so she puts the box of cookies not in front of her but in front of me I had 3
Now I ahve the shakes from all the $Q%!@% sugar
This isn't the first time EVERY time I start to succeed she tries to sabotage me!!

Kierie - UGH!!! I know you haven't been feeling well and all that sugar probably makes you feel worse. I've got no advice on how to deal with a situation like that but want you to know that I sympathize.
