Hi, is anyone out there trying this out? I'm in the UK and wondering if it's similar in the US. I've been on it for 4 days now, and it's certainly making me think hard about what I eat, and hopefully breaking bad habits and replacing them with good ones.
HW = 224lb
CW = 187lb
GW = 175lb
Healthy BMI weight = 155lb
If I cheat, I'm only cheating myself
