Our meeting was canceled last night,so went to the other one today. I was so surprised that I lost 3.4 lbs. and made 10% today! Gave me such hope. I have been losing,on average around 1.6 lbs. a week. I feel so much healthier,now that I am eating fresh fruit,veggies,whole grain,and lowfat dairy,and lean protein. I am trying to stay away from processed food. It's paying off! Down 18.6 pounds.
