I hope everyone has had a fabulous day. I was sooooo good today.
This morning I had a glass of skim milk and a low fat blueberry muffin that I baked. For lunch, I had a small veggie Quiznos sub. I'd never been there. It was good even though it was "lite."
Tonight we are going out to celebrate because my husband finally got a raise. Yea!!!!! It's been 3 long years since his company gave him one. We're going out for a steak. I will be careful and refrain from getting the baked potato with everything on it.
I didn't weigh this morning. I woke up during the night with cramps, so I knew that I would definitely be up a pound or fifty! LOL I didn't even think it was time for TOM, but after checking the calendar I realized that it was.
Maybe I'll wait a couple days and then get weighed. I did OK today eatingwise until a little bit ago. There were potato chips calling my name. I eat them so rarely, and they were delicious. I didn't eat the whole bag. In fact, I ate less than 10 of them.
Tina, I am not weighing until next Thursday. If I got on a scale today it might be cause for me to head to a large bag of chips!
There is a Quizno's right down the road from me. I've eaten there once and decided next time I'd get a sub with no sauce. They have so much good stuff on them anyway you don't really need dressing!
Please send me your low fat blueberry muffin recipe. I have one that I use but I'm quite sick of it by now.

I was pretty good yesterday. Brought my breakfast, went for Thai buffet for lunch which was tough and I was not perfect but the major breakthrough was that I went home and had 1 slice of toasted bread with 3/8 oz cheese and 1 slice of smoked chicken for dinner. That was it. Step son sat there and ate SEVEN of those vachon cookies in front of me and I said NO. Can you believe it?? I can't!
I was so dissappointed this week!! I was so sure I had lost at least a lb. The scale said I was up 1 lb! I have been so good this week! I even ate in the range below the one I should be in hoping to lose better.
Oh well, I won't give up. I will keep trying that range one more week to see how it goes. Hope everyone else had better luck than me. Have a great week all.....
