So, I have decided to continue on with the rest of my weight loss journey using weight watchers. It helped me lose the first 25 and I am now going to try to shed the last 29 pounds using the previous point system at home, without any meetings. Must be nice to be Jessica Simpson and get paid 3 million to do this lol jk Wish me luck!
Hi mother2009 - I am in the same boat - sort of - except returning to weight watchers after many years. Tried Ideal Protein over the summer and lost 15 pounds but was unable to stick with it because it was so strict and did not allow exercise. Really happy to be back on the right track with a realistic plan that is about a healthy lifestyle change. Now just have to learn to be patient!
1st mini-goal = 185 by New Years
2nd mini-goal = 180 by Valentines Day
3rd mini-goal - 175 by St. Patty's
